Pest Control
Our teams are fully qualified to carry out a variety of pest control services.

ALL CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Rats & Mice

£90 for an initial assessment and up to three further visits.

£45 for residents receiving benefits.

£25 for each additional visit as part of the same treatment.

£130 for emergency same day treatment (subject to availability)
Wasps
-
£65 for treatment of a wasp nest.

£33 for residents receiving benefits.

£25 for additional nests at the same address.

Bed Bugs
-
£46 inspection fee. This fee will be deducted from the treatment price (if bed bugs are identified and a treatment is booked). If bed bugs are not identified this fee is non-refundable.

£226 (in total, includes £46 inspection fee) for one treatment and monitoring visits for a three bedroom property.

£113 (in total, includes £46 inspection fee) for residents receiving benefits, one treatment and monitoring visits for a three bedroom property.

Fleas

£80 for treatment only, one visit, for a three bedroom property.

£40 for residents receiving benefits, treatment only, one visit, for a three bedroom property.

Cockroaches

£46 inspection fee. This fee will be deducted from the treatment price (if cockroaches are identified and a treatment is booked). If cockroaches are not identified this fee is non-refundable.

Bees
We do not provide a pest control service for the removal of bees, but we can offer advice and details of local beekeepers that can help you.
Bees are often confused with wasps because they have a similar shape. However, wasps have distinct yellow/black bands around the abdomen whereas bees tend to be a lighter brown/yellow colour.

Graffiti Removal
Report graffiti to us that is found on council property, public areas, and highways.
Where possible, we will remove:

offensive or hate-related graffiti within two hours
-
all other graffiti within 14 working days

Graffiti on private property
​Removal of graffiti from privately owned property is the responsibility of the property owner. We may be able to remove it - to request a quote, complete the online form.

Graffiti on electricity or telephone junction boxes
The removal of graffiti is the responsibility of the company that owns the box. Please contact them using the information which should be on the box itself.

Fines and enforcement
Graffiti is a criminal offence and can be reported to the police. A fixed penalty notice of £80 may also be issued by us to anyone caught carrying out graffiti.

Lifebuoy Inspections
Inspections of the lifebuoy stations are carried out every two weeks during school term time and once a week during school holidays.
​
All lifebuoy stations are individually numbered in order to identify their location.

Lifebuoy stations
Lifebuoy stations between Carrow Road picnic site and Bishop Bridge have a unique number; the numbers run from 1 – 22. Reports for these stations will be responded to within two hours. All other stations with be responded to during the next working day.
